@mbga_uk Unless they get attendance allowance or disability the joint weekly amount of state pension is £332 per week to be able to get pension credit. Anything over that they are refused it!!
Happy for them to have paid taxes all their lives to support the welfare benefits though

Is it me? But if I was Lucy Letby and maintained my innocence I wouldn’t have waited a month to lodge an appeal against my convictions. I’d have been in court on verdict and sentencing day screaming it’s wrong and lodged an appeal immediately.
