@google I am BEYOND angry right now. I upgraded my phone the other day and now I can't login to Gmail b/c I have 2-factor authentication asking me to authenticate, which is good, but going to wrong phone which is BAD. I do not have it anymore. Help!

@ATTHelp You are welcome to read my three tweets from today. It pretty much explains it. Unless you can help me cancel my mom’s account - my mom who has Alzheimer’s (memory loss) - without a passcode, there’s nothing more to discuss. To me, that is unsatisfactory. TY 4 the response tho.
I used to be a fan of @ATT. Not any more. I will be canceling my own personal account ASAP. So disappointing. They’ve just lost 2 customers in 1. ALZHEIMER’S, People. There HAS to be a better way! #frustrated#overit
And I generally NEVER complain about a brand on social media. I give them EVERY effort to rectify the situation and discuss privately. Well, it’s escalated. I’ll go do what they require, but I will cancel my own account as well. They probably won’t care but I’ll feel better.
I am so angry with @ATT right now. My mother has Alzheimer’s = MEMORY LOSS. To cancel her account I’m supposed to have her passcode to her phone. Otherwise, I have to DRIVE to an official AT&T store to process this. I have been on hold a total of 2 hrs /5 agents!! #attsucks
