@OntheBeachUK We’ve booked a holiday to Dubai for our parents 70th bday and 50th wedding anniversary. They go Sunday but the hotel has no record of them. There is absolutely NO way of contacting your customer support. So disappointed by the service here. I’ve tweeted twice, dm’d via twitter.
