Worst experience ever dealing with @AmazonAustralia over the past few days. What a heartless bunch of people who are holding my money hostage when they have failed to deliver what I ordered through their own incompetence & making me organise a return when I’m medically unable.
@AmazonHelp Just a bunch of heartless automatons who are not sorry about anything because if you were you’d be doing all in your power to fix the mistake your company made
@AmazonHelp What’s the point in contacting them I just get told it’s your “policy” & that it’s all my responsibility to fix it. I’ve escalated this to the so called highest “executive customer relations” who’ve done nothing but cause more angst & frustration. No reasonable people work there
@AmazonHelp I’ve dealt with so called help desks for days and they’ve done sweet FA. Stating they’ll give me my refund only when Ive organised the return the item you wrongly sent me. Like I’m at fault. I have no faith in anyone at your company
@AmazonAustralia You’re now forcing me to organise to return the wrong item you sent me let alone that it is too heavy for me to lift after having major surgery & against my doctors orders if I’m To expect to get my own money back. You’re a bunch of heartless thieves & disgraceful to deal with
@metrotrains What’s going on!? So we all get booted off a train at Ringwood saying we will need to catch a bus to Bayswater, then get off only to be told a train will be at Ringwood in 8 mins to go to Bayswater why not just run the train we were on through to Bayswater!!???
