@nowtvhelp@NOWTV charging me without asking after I received a code for a free month entertainment pass...I don't even use it!! How do I get my money back?! Such poor customer service.
@Lin_Manuel any way you can ask ticketmaster to help us out - we waited years to see Hamilton only to travel to the west end and find out our tickets were double booked...3 months later and all they have offered is a £20 refund (tickets were £80+) never mind our travel :'(
Hate my @Chillysbottles cup so much. Leaks all over my hand walking to work and then all over the desk. Such a waste of £23! I have a free plastic cup from a careers fair which is 10x better- dont bother buying one it's a fashion item not a coffee cup!!! #chillys
absolutely gutted @TicketmasterUK . My boyfriend bought hamilton tickets a year ago as a surprise and we booked a trip from edinburgh to london only to show up and be told Ticketmaster 'double booked' our reserved seats. We couldnt see the show and have had to change our trains.
@TicketmasterUK offered us £20 compensation for double booking our hamilton tickets...not even offered to replace the tickets let alone compensate us for the missed trains and extra night staying in london. Will never again use them. 4 hours on the phone and get offered £20?!!!

@Ticketmaster you suck. We came all the way to london to see hamilton and weren't able to get in to the show as Ticketmaster double booked our tickets. Crying at the theatre. We booked 2yrs ago to celebrate a new job. Offered replacement tickets but we have to change all trains
@marksandspencer We ordered it on the 26th November 2019 online to be delivered to the Morningside store- we have done this for 16 years now but dont think we will next year! We pay extra for the m&s quality but it looks like you freeze them just as everyone else does! Never again
