这一年多 Ordinals 和 BRC-20 爆发后，BTC 生态一度成为牛市发动机，全村的希望，行业开始重新审视一万多亿市值的 $BTC 在 DeFi 方面的潜力。

This brings us to a new framework proposed by @sxysun1: 3EV.

3EV further categorizes forms of MEV based on value accrual and types of externalities. The 3 categories include Mafia, Moloch, and Monarch EV.

Ideally, we want 100% Monarch with 0 Mafia or Moloch EV.
