@LaurieHernandez You were pure unfiltered joy today! And dropped more knowledge than any other commentator could. I ❤️'d every second. Keep doing you!

Offensive foul? 🤯

This game is 🔥. #IowavsUConn

Just finished watching #TheDynasty. On St. Pat’s, the same day Brady announced he was leaving the Pats.

I cut this pic out of the Globe when the Brady era began. Fascinating perspective from all the players. Nostalgia overload. #Pats4Eva

While today was a dagger, the real Sports Illustrated gut punch was when the AI story broke. Everyone who worked there back when knew how painstaking it was to pore over every sentence: stats, facts and triple checking Ndamukong's name. It was real journalism. 😔

[Lisa Altobelli @Lisa_Altobelli]

This hits home. I just looked down and realized I was typing on a stack of some of the Sports Illustrated books I worked on as a reporter there. Everything about today's news is equally maddening and heartbreaking.

[Lisa Altobelli @Lisa_Altobelli]

Brutal news. I loved working here back in the day. You could get any interview you wanted bc every athlete wanted to be in SI. The name meant something. For a 70-yr-old legacy brand to be destroyed by dumbasses is criminal.

Sports Illustrated staffers received this today.

Living for these behind-the-scenes Belichick stories today. ⚓️

I always felt one of my jobs as a tv guy is to take the audience behind the curtain to show another side of ppl we talk about. Here’s a personal story I shared about Coach Belichick from early in my career

So fun watching my school back in the #FrozenFour tonight! Despite the outcome, netminder Drew Commesso is next level. 🐾

A heck of a season comes to an end in Tampa.

Thank you, Terrier Nation, for all your support. We’ll be back.

Grant Wahl was a generous soul. Beyond our extensive soccer convos, he would delve into navigating all things SI from a writer giving advice to a naive reporter. I can't convey how much I appreciate his tenacity for truthtelling. To me, or while in Qatar covering the game he ♥️'d

I'm starting to think all the kickers today have the Cris Collinsworth flu. 🏈🤧

I've had the privilege to interview an immense # of athletes for a job, but there was no one I revered more than 👑 Serena. She was even gracious when I asked an inane question in the aughts about denim skirts. #HappyTears #SimplyTheBest #ThankYouSerena

Considering this man almost died making this final season, it truly delivered.

Didn't anticipate a conscience conclusion, but Wexler's always worth it. 🙌⚖️🚬
