@AmericanAir Yes! They saw the hole and I made a claim. They said I couldn't be reimbursed because I didn't have the receipt for my bag.

@AmericanAir My luggage was damaged and I wasn't reimbursed or replaced!!!! I had to purchase a new bag myself. Most airlines provide you a new bag on the spot. Done with @_AmericanAirrC

@AMCTheatres On 3/12/23 while purchasing movie tics, the AMC app asked me if wanted to renew my membership. I agreed. It signed me up for premiere, not A-list. I wanted to see if I could get my money back for the premiere membership, my ticket refunded for 3/12 & 3/19. Acct 1101000285973976.
