@SouthwestAir@korrupted Missed a connection from BWI- SDF a few years ago. Southwest gate agents got me on the first flight out the next morning with very little incident. Even got to board with my regular position from the missed flight. How many times do you page a customer before giving up?
@MarcWeinbergWX@JudeRedfield WDRB Weather app did NOT update to Flash Flood Warning for Elizabethtown/Hardin County Ky when my weather radio went off. And it still hasn't (almost 10 minutes later).

@SouthwestAir@rhanley Does the beverage collection apply to bottled soft drinks the customer had brought onboard with them now? I know the FAs come around for trash prior to landing but I've never been required to give up a bottled drink I brought with me that was purchased post security.
@SouthwestAir I've been seeing a lot of negative discussion regarding the new boarding procedures. While I haven't had a chance to try them myself, I I had a couple of friends who did within the last few weeks and reported no issues. Don't know what type fare they had.
@SouthwestAir reading all the negativity about the new boarding process I haven't had a chance to try yet unfortunately. A friend did, and the only issue she reported with an extremely short connection flight. Nothing about the boarding process. I can't wait to try it this fall!
