@austinenergy No power-68 HOURS. Are there crews even working in the Welcome Glen / Musket Rdg area? 1100+ people without power for 3 days. Many with no way to boil water. I'm almost out of firewood & my husband requires a medical device at night. EMERGENCY risk. Where are the crews?

@austinenergy @ERCOT_ISO I still don't get why you don't turn power off in parts of the city who have power. Even if for 6 - 10 hours so other can have power and have a chance to warm up our houses. This "they have emergency services" in those areas is bull. Just look at the outage map.
