@TicketmasterCS booked tickets for @edsheeran Cardiff, wasn't made aware that my 8yr old couldn't sit in unreserved seating! All I asked was to be moved to reserved, which are available. Don't understand why this isn't possible and Im expected to pay twice for an honest mistake

Really disappointed with the @Debenhams wedding insurance process, had to cancel due to sister being extremely poorly and on #lifesupport #directgroup who assist with claims show very little empathy and make it difficult to make a straight forward honest claim
