I want to congratulate all mothers on Mother's Day. A special congratulations all the mothers who have passed away. Although absent, they gave us life so that we could fulfill the divine mission of helping those who today struggle intensely, to become mothers as well.

Se um distúrbio é detectado no espermograma convencional, este exame tem muitas limitações, que praticamente inviabilizam determinar a sua origem, na maioria dos exanes efetuados.
Qual a diferença entre o espermograma convencional e a análise seminal avançada? O espermograma convencional foca na determinação da quantidade e na qualidade dos espermatozoides produzidos, para avaliar a fertilidade masculina.
O primeiro horário se refere à hora que o paciente entrou na sala de colheita, para colher a amostra.
O segundo horário se refere ao término da colheita. Neste período se avalia a coagulação do sêmen, que é imediata à ejaculação e se inicia a avaliação do tempo de liquefacão.

A cellular inclusion of Chlamydia trachomatis in an azoospermic patient. Chlamydia can cause obstructive azoospermia.
Aggregation of transitional epithelial cells in semen. The transitional epithelium is a lining epithelium restricted to the bladder, ureter and the initial portion of the urethra. Occasionally its cells are detected in semen.
Some phagocytosed sperm are also noted. However, despite this action, they cells are not antisperm phagocytosis cells, which have other characteristics and funtion.
An autoimmune response against any type of infection in the body involves a complex mechanism in which cells, antibodies and various chemical components participate that attack the etiological agent present, to attack the infection.
