@seetickets Hi happy to use your customer service linked but no one responds in the timescale. Wrote on the 17th October nothing - no response, so wrote again on the 29th October in relation to a refund requested on the 16th Sep. that stated maximum 28 days (latest 14th October)

@British_Airways BA customers need to know if outbound flights are cancelled and they get alternatives are you honouring their inbound???
