First time boarding @SouthwestAir since the change to assigned seating and well, having #Alistpreferred status with the airline clearly means nothing. Got on board with group 1. What a joke - already so many people on the plane with little to no bin space left in my row. 🙄

@wcodyanderson @SouthwestAir It’s such a joke. A-List Preferred benefits are so mediocre these days. I’m boarding later than I ever had with this new system and the bins near my seat were already almost full. I barely squeezed my luggage into an open spot.

Worst online pickup experience ever @hm ! How is this taking 20 min for your associate to figure out what to do after I show them the text message I received saying my item is ready? This should not take this long.

Hey @SouthwestAir ! Why are your planes 95% of the time delayed coming in and out of Las Vegas?? This is getting very old. Third weekend in a row flying with you all and another delay by more than 1 hour!

@SouthwestAir We are finally on our way to @LASairport but the 30 min+ delays on your flights in the past 6 months seem to be an upward trend. Been on your planes 12 times this year and not once have we been on time. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@SouthwestAir Thanks. Appreciate the response, but would love to see better updates to the timing of our flight on the app which hasn’t been updated for quite some time now. Still showing 3:32 departure on 596 but we haven’t even boarded because we are waiting for the “team members”….

@SouthwestAir I’m seated in 8F on flight 1587 from LGB to LAS and the air vent is broken. I can’t turn the knob because the bulb part keeps pushing in and is loose.

@SouthwestAir Would like to provide feedback that taxiing to take off for every flight I’ve been on today has taken an extremely long time. We supposedly left the gate at 6:53pm from HOU and it’s 7:30pm now and we are still waiting to take off. What the heck??
