@SeanGillen22 Brilliant defense. Bravo. He can do whatever he likes I guess because 146 international goals. 👌

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@nathanmotz I don't disagree regarding JJ, but at least he has some kind of backbone. You can't honestly tell me what Ronaldo asked him to do is normal or health in a sports team?

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@selectionporto @EricKrakauer No chance he can be on bench and the dressing room remain healthy. He's been benched twice and he immediately turned on the manager for doing so even though anyone with eyes knows it was the right thing to do.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@EricKrakauer @DS_cloudman11 Oh well he should play into his 80's then.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@EricKrakauer "Sociopath is an informal term for someone with a mental health condition marked by a long-term pattern of ignoring rules, breaking social norms, and showing a lack of empathy or remorse for others."

He can be both.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@SportsUncensrd @piersmorgan @Sjopinion10 @SkyKaveh Good job he isn't a top player any more then.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@pointerdave @SelecaoPod Indeed. People aren't grasping what this is. A political struggle for the soul of the seleção. Either JJ comes out on top or Ronaldo will be upfront aged 50.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@TheRealMiguelLP @FC_Camisa_ @BrazilShirtPod @otcpod @andybrassell @Tim_Vickery @jonawils @thesefootytimes @RevistaPanenka @MiguelDelaney @PitchPublishing You summed it up brilliantly. In my view this isn't a spat over a substitution, it's a political struggle for power of the seleção and if JJ loses it's over for good.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@PsoccerCOM Aguenta JJ!

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@selectionporto @SelecaoPod No he cannot accept a lesser role that's why he's attempted to humiliate the manager in public.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@SelecaoPod The fact that this even happened, especially after a fine win away at a tough opponent frankly should raise alarms for all of us as to how the seleção is being managed. I care more about the future of the team than a farewell game for someone who thinks that was reasonable.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@SelecaoPod Listen, I share the sentiment in principle that's he's been brilliant for us and it's a shame it ends badly. I am however resigned to it ending badly. This isnt exactly out of the blue is it? WC22 was the same thing but FS was easier to sack.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@SelecaoPod Or how about 0? Why is he dictating what the manager says in public? Particularly things that would be humiliating for the manager. And over what? Not coming on as a sub? I thought he said he was happy to do that? Weird how when it happens it ends in a scandal huh?

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@CourtneyHODL @SelecaoPod

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@CourtneyHODL @SelecaoPod Whatever bot.

[LisbonIsOurs @LisbonIsOurs]

@L9ines_ @SelecaoPod It's even worse than that since we have fans, pundits and members of the federation that think this is normal.
