Lisgar Residents' Association was formed in 1991 to advocate for the betterment of community living in the Lisgar Neighborhood of northwest Mississauga.
A special message to our 13,000 frontline healthcare workers at @THP_hospital.
You are our healthcare heroes and this fight against #COVID19 wouldn't be possible without you.
Thank you for keeping us healthy & safe.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

Earlier this evening, we declared a State of Emergency on the #COVID19Ontario pandemic in #Mississauga. We need to take this crisis seriously and act now. Our window is closing to flatten the curve.
You need to stay home. And so do your friends and family members. Help spread the word with your own video - and tag your friends to remind them to stay home too. And together, we can #PlankTheCurve. @MichaelBuble and @VancityReynolds - can you help? #StayAtHomeSaveLives
This is not social distancing. These parents are putting their children, themselves, and their community at risk. If you see this, please speak up and ask "politely" to be a part of a team that is trying to tackle a big problem. https://t.co/8OZPaZhzkX

This isn't social distancing! Here's a video I received from a resident this weekend. Getting out for fresh air is a good thing, but please don't bring your kids to the playground to socialize with friends. Keep a 2M distance and remember that playground equipment isn't sanitized
As of today, we have 37 cases #COVID19 in Peel, 18 are in #Mississauga. Some people still aren’t getting the message about social distancing. Stay at home where possible and practice physical distance even when outside. This is a critical time in our efforts to flatten the curve.
