🚀 Thrilled to announce our paper on global convergence for bilevel optimization has been accepted at ICLR 2025! 🙌

For the first time, we established global convergence for penalty-based bilevel algorithm in two key applications:
✨ Representation Learning
✨ Data Hypercleaning (Reweighting)

Our results reveal two global convergence conditions tied to distinct coupling styles, advancing both theory and practice—no algorithm modification required, just sharper proofs!
