@TeamYouTube Thanks. My termination was in 2017 for Community Guidelines related to spam/scams/deceptive content, not copyright. I also can’t access YouTube Studio at all. Is there any way to check whether my account is eligible, or do I just need to wait for the option to appear?

@TeamYouTube My channel was terminated in 2017. I’m not trying to bypass the ban. I want to use the official “Request new channel” process, but I can’t access YouTube Studio. How can I apply?
