27th October 2023 I was supposed to be connected today is 5th February and they sent an engineer again to tell me I need underground works over 14 weeks ago, nothing has happened, utter incompetence and customers have no recourse, this is mental torture #weareopenreach

@TLRailUK I thought the Thameslink programme was going to improve things 8.20am from WVF to LBG was 12 carriages and wasn’t delayed all the time more than I can say for the 8.14am!!! Three years we waited and the service is worse!!!
