@Ryanair how is it right you cancel a flight so we have to rebook to an airport further away and then you put the original flight back on but will charge us about £300 to go back to it. Mad

@evridelivery @eBay_UK Evri damaged an item in delivery not even delivered to seller. Because I didn’t take out insurance for a £25 purchase I get nothing back not even my package but I had to send the buyer another item or full refund. This is criminal and theft of my item.

@Ryanair absolute disgrace. Flights booked to Verona. Two days later flights cancelled. Rebooked to Bologna having to hire car to get to resort. Flight back online again to Verona. Have to pay to £312 change to Verona. Is this a joke?

@dhlexpressuk After a lot of perseverance we have managed to sort this out. We are now waiting for the refund. Thank you for the reply if we don’t get anywhere I’ll contact you.
