My advice for the AI trade?

Long-term bullish on AI, short-term acknowledging a potential 10% drop in the capex heavy names. Hold balanced exposure while the market decides. Future Fed policy is expected to be accommodative.

$UNG -8% today. Closed at 13.08 down from recent highs of 17. New weather reports forecast a warmer than expected December. After an early Dec cold snap, inventories are likely to hit above average levels going into Q1 2026. This reaction in $UNG is normal contango effect. Brutal

4/4 Potential $UNG trade into the winter? It's a reasonably bullish play for weather oracles. +95% rally last time shows payoff potential. But ample inventories cap runaway rallies. Be wary of volatility resulting from freeze-off risks (i.e. volatile spikes can quickly reverse).
