Listening Ear took part in the ‘Time for Tea’ session in Rathcoole library as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. The focus was on creating a relaxed & accessible space where people can take a break, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee & spend time in conversation.

Congratulations to the Bridge Youth Centre for their Horizons project. A lot of positive comments from those that had attended the stall and were told of Listening Ear's work from the young team.

Over the first four months of 2026 Listening Ear Community fridge has distributed 4.8 tons of good quality food purchased from Fareshare.
