To clarify the unit has electric baseboard heat already. It has had them for the last 7 years. The rolling 12 average is $250/month per the utility office

Tenant: “My utility bill (electric, water, sewer) was almost $600 for last month. The utility average here is $250/month and I confirmed that with Utility office!”

Me: “Did you use space heater in the coldest months of the year?”

T: “Yes, but that’s unrelated”

Seeking help from #SMB on naming my Realty business.

Generic me is thinking Lain Realty Co.
-Pros: People in my area know my name already associated with real estate. Easy to remember.
-Cons: self fulfilling name, does not encourage other agents to place their license w/me.

Second name idea is:

Radiant Realty
Pros: unique, not tied to an individual’s name
Cons: hard to spell (we are in southern IN..)

I’m in analysis paralysis here. Needing to move forward ASAP with a busy spring approaching. Any advice is appreciated.

@amandaorson Do you have to be a FSBO to use your platform? I understand the desire to not use a listing agent, but can a listing agent utilize the platform for their listings and to get leads directly?
