@ubereats_uk could I get a TELEPHONE number for your driver platform that works? We’ve tried calling a number that hangs up/VA that loops around without being able to speak to someone and versions other ways to sort a driver insurance issue. It’s now financially impacting.

@thetrainline I’ve just tried to change the date for a ticket I purchased, but I need to move the date. Why am I now being asked to pay an admin fee of £10 for this?
I need to change the dates for my trains a lot due to hybrid working, this is absolutely absurd.
Hey @bet365 I opened my first online account with yourselves yesterday. However, my account was closed as ‘due to the nature of my business’. I went on live chat who said the same. I wanted to escalate to understand this, and the advisor was unable to do this. Can you advise?
@thetrainline@AvantiWestCoast - just need your advice. I paid for a ticket from LPL> WFJ on the 15th however it’s been cancelled. When I try to rebook I’m being asked to pay an extra £78-£90 for another train that arrives at a similar time? Why do I have to pay the extra?
Hi @asda@AsdaServiceTeam I made a food order using a gift card on 22 April. However, the money was taken from my bank AND the gift card. I have contacted customer several times and been told it’s being ‘investigated’ more than 2 weeks ago. This is impacting me financially.

Hey @FitbitSupport ... I bought a fitbit versa 2 in Aug 20 and the battery won't hold charge and becomes flat and switches off after a few hours. Have you any advice or a fix for this as its less than 12 months old and shouldn't break this quickly 😀
@RAC_Care I have sent over the details for you. We have been advised by sales (who rang asking for a further payment to rebook) that they are closing claim as per T&C's which I feel is unacceptable given the circumstance. Vendors son broke his leg at school - unprecedented event surely?
