This is becoming a repetitive theme. Republicans are blaming Biden for things that happened under Trump. We've seen this with COVID shutdowns, The Afghanistan pull-out, the US National Debt, and now this. The GOP doesn't have any real attacks against Biden so they attack him for the screw-ups that Trump made.
