LME #cobalt is a dumping ground for off-spec or #bloodcobalt . All the dirty producers are trying to offload before the cash contract starts in March and nobody ever buys another physical contract again!! That’s why LME cobalt down 40% YTD..Not reality https://t.co/2N2Vj7SFCz
