Why is politics so complicated? #newbrexitvote In a General Election if one party wins by making false promises, they can be voted out 5 years later. The Leave campaign lied to win the vote. Brexit is a bad deal and the effects will last for generations to come.
Statistics on UK-EU trade - House of Commons Library - Sorry for Wales, Northern Ireland and the North of England but it looks like you are going to suffer the most from Boris’ «Oven ready trade deal » that isn’t going to happen https://t.co/RwaBbzpaQ8
A flat-out lie from Sunak. We did not ‘have all the arguments about no-deal’ in the referendum. We didn’t even have them in the 2019 election. The Brexiters never once suggested we’d leave without a deal and the Tories based their campaign on having one.

I am really really sorry Dara. I didn’t know that you did all that as well. Taken out of context, your tweet just seemed really funny. I’m a big fan of yours, so the last thing I wanted to do was annoy you. (I am however chuffed to get a reply, even though you slated me 😫)

More interestingly though, is it not exhausting to be that cyncial all the time? It’s exhausting for the rest of us.
