@Butterana75 @LupusResearch ANA is NOT a definitive diagnosis of lupus. There are a % of the population who will always test false positive. ANA should be the initial screen. If titer is high then you complete more extensive testing all with a single blood test. A urinalysis with culture is also included.

@LupusResearch I have experienced hair loss for the almost a year. My dermatologist has tried a topical lotion, a pill which was increased and vitamins B, C,and E. Nothing has really helped and during my last visit he told he thought maybe we had reached the end of the road due to my lupus.
