Whenever we transport the combines, the duals must be removed for travel and reattached upon arrival. First, we install them using the Milwaukee tool, securing them in place. Then, we use the torque wrench to tighten them to 500–550 for a precise and reliable fit.

This week I’ve been out applying the new Impact Zero fertiliser — a green‑ammonia product made using renewable energy. Cutting carbon emissions on farm by about 33%, which is a pretty big step forward for how we grow crops.

Despite the relentless wet weather, our lighter sandy soils have given us just enough of a window to keep moving.

It’s been a full‑on week here — spring planting has finally kicked off, I’ve been fertilising the crops with our low‑impact & Somewhere in the middle of all that, I managed to squeeze in a visit to Compton Pre‑School with the tractor. A whole classroom of excited little faces.
