@shakingthetree2 @kmeinke The defense HAS to be a scheme issue... bad teams have kept it closer than this. Every receiver has a mile of space. The offense doesn't look good but that can be fixed, but when the defense hands them 5tds before half time, it won't matter if the offense figures put how to roll.

The Bucs seem sneaky but are beatable.

The Ravens are a good team that can't get out of their own way.

The Raiders should be a win if they take care of business.

The Chargers high potent offense will test the Lions D.

@HonoluluBlues_ 100%. It's not about the record, it's about the mindset. If you drop a game to the falcons who realistically should be an inferior team, it could send the the team down a bad road mentally. They need this win to right the ship and build the confidence back after a deflating loss.

@DetLionsPodcast To win a game like this when you didn't play your best in a battle all the way up until the end shows the "GRIT" that keeps getting talked about. Time to sharpen up some stuff and move on to the next one and push toward the playoffs. From there, anything can happen.

@DetLionsPodcast The Lions were pretty sloppy. Play calling was so-so, pass pro was iffy at times, Mahomes got free too many times, BIG plays on broken coverage and the shell of Marvin Jones Jr possibly being the worst player on the field tonight. SOL would have lost this game. This is different.
