My well-being position at school makes me wonder things. Like, I get the need and benefit of good staff appraisal in work places. But what about workplace appraisal? Workplaces should want to know they’re good employers, meeting staff needs too.

@FoxyLustyGrover Life long asthmatic here too. I was worried about masks but they were fine. Except if I taught a full 6 period day that included a lot of speaking. I’d be very short of breath and dizzy by the end of day. But manageable.

@WgtnCC hey someone knocked on our door in ngaio and said water was going off for a few hours but we still seem to have water a couple of hours later? Is it yet to go off or is it back on? Any help? Thanks
