hotels that would have cost £150 a night including breakfast could now do it the other way round..Charge £149 for breakfast and then £1 for the room...hence the 5% tax would only apply to the £1 room cost. Problem solved!!! hahahaha

@britishairways the lady at check in at Bologna Airport was very rude and i have never been spoken to the way she did.Early starts obviously cause some people to be in a bad mood..it ' s not necessary to be rude to passengers..staff onboard were all lovely..first class treatment

@Hertz @hertz_sp I have also sent an e-mail to the CEO of Hertz explaining the matter in details and I asked for this matter to be investigated and find out the name of the employee who forged my signature and added the damages to the paperwork after the event. I'am in posession of the paperwork.
