@KeyBank_Help Just another reminder for business owners that it's been over 40 days with almost $1,200 missing from our account because Keybank has a firm policy of not issuing provisional credit to Business Checking accounts with no exceptions! Pretty neat!

@keybank Just a reminder for any businesses - it has been over 30 days now and there is still over $1,200 missing from our account due to fraud. KeyBank continues to remind me they NEVER issue provisional credit for businesses while they are investigating.

@KeyBank_Help I want other business owners to know that we have been missing $1,800 from our account for over three weeks due to fraud and it's Key's policy to never offer provisional credit to business accounts while they are "investigating"! Highly recommend finding a new bank immediately!

@KeyBank_Help Hey! I've already talked to them pretty much every day for the past 13 days :) They continue to re-iterate that it's a Keybank-wide policy that they do not offer provisional credit for business accounts, so I'm just trying to make other businesses aware!

@KeyBank_Help They are not working with me, that's the issue. Saying "It's going to take up to 90 days to get your $1,800 back that you rely on as a business" is not a working relationship. I've already convinced multiple friends to close their accounts with you after hearing what's happened.
@KeyBank_Help That amount of money makes a world of difference to us and because of the fact we don't have access to it we can't place new orders, which is especially horrible with Record Store Day coming up - usually one of our busiest sales days of the year.
