@RugbyWorcs @JasonLeonard114 @RugbySco @lionsofficial Before she left Ealing in the "power struggle", I wanted Giselle Mather to replace Ben Ward & take on the DoR role for Ealing's men. Sadly, the club went the other way, Giselle was pushed out and replaced by a retiring player (Maddison).
At some point, a club will be brave.
