Today, on National Thank You Day, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to all those who serve, and have served, in our Armed Forces.
From those currently in uniform to veterans, reservists, cadets, military families and the wider support community, your commitment, courage and sacrifice should never go unrecognised.
Our Armed Forces give so much in service of our country, often facing challenges most of us will never fully understand. Today is a chance to pause, reflect and show our gratitude.
To everyone who has served, supported, waited at home, or stood beside someone in uniform — thank you.
We are grateful today and every day.

It has always been about keeping the faith even when the situation doesn't warrant one.
Imagine living in a country where you go straight to jail for a tweet, but get bail after being arrested for ‘allegedly’ throwing a 3 year old baby into a crocodile enclosure! The world is watching is disbelief!
What Jo says 👇🏼 … a good parent teaches their child to be resilient, confident & independent, a bad or insecure parent wants their child to not function properly without them. The job of a parent is to prepare your child for the world, it’s a tough place.
HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY TO GB NEWS 🎉 If it wasn’t for the People’s channel there would be so much we wouldn’t know about and the Silent Majority would not have a voice.
It’s SUCH an important channel and long may it continue ❤️📺
Starmer has chosen his own job over the defence of our nation. He would have to sack Rachel Reeves in order to fund defence properly. He’s chosen not to do that because if the Chancellor goes, he goes. That is not patriotism. That is weak, selfish cowardice.
