This has been the sight at the end of my front garden since last Friday afternoon. I’m fed up with old dirty nappies in my street. Please can something be done about this reoccurring issue. 🙏🏼 I’ve seen massive rats running around too
@virginmedia I’ve been without phone, broadband and tv for 18 days. 2 days before the outage workmen were digging up our road and had blocked it off for the morning. Odd it stopped working two days later. Would this info help you find the fault as you clearly don’t have a scooby!
@karendoherty211@virginmedia I feel your pain! I’ve been without broadband, phone and tv for 12 days now and have two autistic kids at home who can’t cope with the outage. I have used up all of my mobile data for hotspots. Virgin media offers no solutions or help. I can’t do hybrid working to balance caring
@virginmedia Also the compensation is the same if you have a basic package or higher package. I pay for a better speed service and add on channels but the compensation is the same regardless. Also the impact affects a large household of 6 with 4 vulnerable adults who need internet. Service.
@virginmedia I understand but to have extended dates each day doesn’t help me manage my mobile data allowance. I ran out of data now. VM should have provision for alternative internet in homes if the broadband is down for over a certain period of time.
@ChiswickCompute@virginmedia We been out of service for 10 days and on Monday they say Tuesday on Tuesday the day Wednesday on Wednesday they say Thursday and so on! GOOD LUCK getting yours fixed. Worst service ever!
@virginmedia I want to speak to a complaints manager. I rang the number and was told I can’t speak to a manager! The fourth time I called someone overseas said they will put me through to to their manager and disconnected the call! Why is it so hard to speak to someone!!! 😖
@ManzCnft@virginmedia The updates are shocking, unrealistic and false hope! If you estimate a repair it should have some basis. Everyday I get your stupid update with estimated fix date and everyday you change it. Are these dates just a wild guess or are they based on actual work involved?
@nsandihelp my disabled son has premium bonds and is now over 18. Can I access these on his behalf without going to court and getting power of attorney or becoming a deputy?
@BurgerKing How come Burger King Yeading never has milk shakes in store? Last two years I’ve been going there and even though they are on the menu I am always refused a milkshake. Please either remove them@from your menu or fix your machine. Really poor service.
