@megadriven@DeborahParr@fesshole It’s usually people who’s interaction with emergency services is (fortunately) rare. They think it’s all ‘gerbils up bums’ kind of stuff or a funnier version of ‘24hrs in A&E’
@EFC_Wolfstein @fesshole@WarwickHunt4 The guy who confessed to shop lifting dog food for his pet, after feeding his dog super noodles for a week because that was all he could afford, utterly broke me.
This one is right up there tho.
@ChristinaHeal14@fesshole I know, I’ve been poor & carless in the past. And I know how inconvenient it can be to get to a wedding without a car, particularly if it’s a separate church/venue.
@Frazer271009@fesshole You can only put money aside if you have some to spare.
Also, if you have a little bit of savings but you’re really worried about energy costs, hard decisions about where to spend money will need to be made.
@ffsRodney@fesshole You can try to spend less on drinks altho the OP may feel they need to buy drinks for people who get them one (I always feel obliged).
If the OP doesn’t live near another guest/ other guests already have full cars the options to share are ltd. See also hotel room.
@poursomesugar92@fesshole My stepfather crashed his car trying to leave the church car-park before the wedding car. He then had a massive row with my mother. People always mention it when our wedding comes up.
Good morning, if you were listening to @BBC6Music around 9:35 this morning, you’d have heard my yoga tea-time theme time. And if you missed it, you can listen here https://t.co/842lt3bitK
@captpantsface @fesshole We walk our reactive dog twice a day & once a week he goes with a dog walker so he can socialise with other dogs in a controlled way. It’s easy to jump to assumptions about why people make the choices they do, tho assumptions are rarely accurate.
