国連改革と旧敵国条項の問題を、これほど正面から突きつけた意味は大きい。

国連は敵国条項を削除すべきなのは当然だし、自称戦勝国だけに与えられている「拒否権」をなくし、その上で常任理事国を拡大すべきだ。

At least 3,083 Christians were killed and 3,193 abducted in Nigeria between January and August 2026 amid continuing jihadist and communal violence. The organization also estimates that around 400 churches were attacked and 25 priests and pastors were killed or kidnapped during the eight-month period.

Nigerian rights group InterSociety estimates that 19,800 Christian churches have been attacked or destroyed across Nigeria since July 2009. In the Catholic Diocese of Wukari in Taraba State alone, it reports 230 churches destroyed between September 2025 and August 2026, more than 100,000 Catholic parishioners displaced, 200 Christian villages looted and 16 priests forced to flee after their rectories were burned.

InterSociety further says the Church of the Brethren in Nigeria (EYN) and the Universal Reformed Christian Church (NKST) have collectively lost more than 27,000 members and thousands of places of worship since Nigeria's jihadist insurgency began in 2009.

International law is clear: armed groups must not recruit or use children in hostilities. Recruiting or using children under 15 to participate actively in hostilities is a war crime under the Rome Statute.

And yet most people will never see this footage.

最近，一名長期住在台灣的日本人YouTuber，因為在高雄六合夜市拍片引發爭議。他買了一份食物，吃了一口就當場吐出來，大喊「難吃」，甚至說「討厭台灣」。影片中攤位清楚可辨，攤商的臉也沒有打馬賽克。事情鬧大後，他又拍影片回應，縮圖竟寫著「致一部分民度低落的台灣人」，挑釁意味十分明顯。

看到這件事，我有幾點感想。

第一，這是最基本的常識和禮貌問題。任何人都有權利說一道菜不好吃，但把店家和攤商的臉拍得清清楚楚，然後在十幾萬人的頻道上把食物吐出來，大罵難吃，可能直接影響別人的生意。如果商家認為名譽、肖像或營業權益受到侵害，完全可以保存證據，尋求法律救濟。

第二，是不懂得感恩的問題。這個人長期住在台灣，靠拍台灣、介紹台灣累積流量，甚至在台灣開店做生意。台灣給了他生活和賺錢的舞台。當然，他有批評台灣的自由，但批評和羞辱是兩回事。受到許多台灣人的友善對待，卻用日文向日本觀眾不斷放大台灣的缺點，我認為這種做法非常不厚道。

第三，日本把這一類人稱為「迷惑系YouTuber」。他們故意做令人討厭、令人氣憤的事情，製造炎上。因為大家罵得越兇，點閱率越高，最後把別人的憤怒變成自己的收入。所以我認為，對付這種人，與其在網路上跟他吵，不如受害者蒐集證據，該提告就提告，該求償就求償。讓製造傷害換取流量的人付出代價。

最後，我想提醒台灣朋友：這只是一個日本網紅的行為，絕對不能代表日本人。這次也有很多日本網友批評他。

我們可以批評他、譴責他，甚至依法追究他的責任，但不要因此變成台灣人和日本人互相攻擊。台日之間多年累積的互信和友情，不能被一個靠挑釁賺流量的網紅破壞。
