Don’t pity me because I’m a single mom. Respect me for having the courage to do it alone, strength never to give up the love to put my son needs before my own
My best friend, my mom, the rock of our family, is bravely fighting for her life after an emergency liver transplant. I'm doing everything I can to support her. Please consider sharing, retweeting, prayers. Every bit of support counts. 🙏 https://t.co/wc3FmursvL @americanliverny
@craftsman This was supposed to be a gift for my dad but turned into a $600 loss. Faulty compressor + 2 broken vacuums. I’m a single mom caring for an immunocompromised parent—this isn’t just frustrating, it’s affecting my home. Please fix this @DEWALTtough
@craftsman@DEWALTtough@craftsman, I haven’t received any follow-up emails. Instead, I’ve been bombarded with scanners trying to exploit the situation. I’m incredibly angry and frustrated right now.
@craftsman@DEWALTtough I sent an email regarding my ticket number and details. I know this is not your fault but I’m just really emotionally physically exhausted after everything I have gone through And then have to deal with a 600 compressor that doesn’t work and vacuums on top of this.
@SharkHomeUS I have been dealing
With this sense the 16th I had to go out and spend more money I have to by a different brand vacuum because my mom who I just went through sepsis got home two days ago needs
To have a clean home I’m emotionally physically exhausted

Feeling incredibly sore & grateful to be doing this crap in front of my mom, 4 months post emergency liver transplant. Her birthday is on the 18th, and I’m so thankful for the extra time and the laughter we get to share. Always hug your loved ones and remember that you are enough, no matter what you’re going through.
Months of emails. Multiple promises. “24–48 hours.”
Still restricted. Still canceled orders.
I’m a single mom trying to buy one Christmas gift for my 5-year-old.
This shouldn’t be this hard, Amazon.
Accountability matters.

These orders were not mine. I never disputed a charge, and the card isn’t even in my name. After months of being passed around, I couldn’t use my own gift card to buy my five-year-old one Christmas gift.
It’s Christmas Day. Still no resolution. This is broken customer service
If Amazon’s customer service worked half as hard as its PR replies, problems would actually get solved.Instead it’s deflection, delays, and silence. Every time. Thank you for ruining my five year olds Christmas!!!!

I followed every rule.
I sent every document.
I waited every “24–48 hours.”
Months later, my Amazon account is still restricted, my orders are canceled, and my gift card is locked.
I’m a single mom trying to put one gift under the tree for my 5-year-old.
I have emails confirming I did nothing wrong.
I’m not asking for sympathy — I’m asking for accountability.
Please share. Someone at Amazon needs to actually fix this.

Only five days until Christmas, and all I’m asking is for Amazon to keep their promise and lift the restrictions on my account so I can use my gift card. I just want to put something under the tree for my five-year-old son. Please, follow through on what you said you would do.
@AmazonHelp No accountability. No follow-through. Just companies pushing people down a conveyor belt hoping people give up. We deserve better. Own it and fix it.
