As a drug and alcohol nurse specialist I must say it is dangerous to spite such ill-informed rhetoric.

It ignores that specialists would prescribe and oversee patients with addiction.

It also ignores that you can buy these drugs now, on the dark web, and we can't win the war on drugs as prohibition ties both hands behind our backs.

Heroin, (diamorphine), would be prescribed by specialists, like me, not available to "anyone" in the same way strong medications are available to patients now.
