@TravelRepublic 6 cancel requests sent via your website since June, no reply. Just emails telling us you’re taking full payment 4th Aug. DM sent with our details. Please confirm ASAP our hotel booking is cancelled. No problem with any other operators we’ve cxld with except you!

@SimonCalder We have tried to cancel a hotel booking with Travel Republic 5 times since June. No response via their website, phone, email or Twitter. Full payment due 4th Aug. Any advice how we prevent them taking final payment? Happy to pay cxl fees, just not full payment.
