There’s a concerted movement in this country to pull books from shelves, to ban them from being taught, and to shut down libraries, and that alone should tell you how important books are. Read a book to annoy a fascist.

In 1985 Philadelphia police dropped a bomb on a row house belonging to the organization known as MOVE. The city let the fire burn, killing 11 people, destroying 61 homes and leaving 253 people homeless.
It is a forgotten event.
