im finally seeing a podiatrist after years of having foot and ankle issues and got an MRI to look at ligaments, tendons, etc. lots of inflammation, arthritis, and edema... i wonder how much is genetics and how much is working retail for 7 years 😞

going to see a new specialist tomorrow about my fucked up ankle tendon, considering that the doctor made this appt only 5 days from when i first called im not sure thats a good sign 🥴

at some point i should probably look into how/why i get cold and flu symptoms multiple times a month during the colder months but thats an issue for another time

every time i have to take time off work for being sick makes me that much more afraid of being fired 😬 i dont want to be sick either but my immune system has decided this season to try and kill me!!!

my new job starts monday and it turns out theyre very concerned if i am "full of methacholine" because i have asthma. my last job didnt care i was full of benzene and tetrahydrofuran, why cant i suddenly absorb chemicals smh

i ended up having to go see a sports med doctor for my second since it caused more issues. i blacked out during my first and was visably out of it during my chem lab after my second so i need to be very careful i dont SELF INFLICT another concussion

once fell off my couch laughing at smth, hit the back of my head on the corner of a hard ottoman, got a concussion. a year later, i hit the back of my head again on the underside of a table trying to stand up, got a concussion, then did a chem lab before finally being seen 🥴

what's the most on-brand injury you've ever gotten? mine is either splitting my lip opening a jar of pickled beets or getting ringworm on my neck cause i picked up a stray cat and put him on like a mink stole
