🚨 The NewJeans U.S. Lawsuits: Clear Evidence of "Copyright Trolling"

A very important point is seen in this K-Tokkis' thread. Both lawsuits, ETA and How Sweet, show clear signs of "Copyright Trolling".

Copyright Trolling is a known legal scam where entities weaponize the court system. They do not care about defending art, their only goal is to file aggressive lawsuits to force a quick, massive cash payout.

The structural anomalies in the filings against NewJeans reveal two primary indicators of this coordinated strategy:

📌 1. Automated Template Evidence: The ETA lawsuit and the How Sweet lawsuit are two completely separate cases handled by different law firms. Yet, both official court documents contain the exact same bizarre typo. They both spell Minji's name as "KIN MIN-JI" with an N. It is statistically improbable for independent legal teams working on unrelated cases to duplicate the exact same error on a foreign name. This overlap confirms the documents were mass-produced using a shared boilerplate template.

📌 2. Strategic Vulnerability Targeting: The plaintiffs did not just sue the music producers. They intentionally dragged NewJeans' biggest brand partners, Apple and Coca-Cola, into the complaints. Massive global corporations absolutely hate bad press and long court battles. By suing these sponsors, the trolls create instant corporate tension. They are hoping to panic the brands and force the music label to pay them off quickly just to protect their advertising deals.

The Conclusion:
The plantiffs (trolls) intentionally waited nearly two years for the songs to make millions of dollars globally before striking. While the companies handle the financial side, the individual members of NewJeans suffer the immediate consequences. Their individual names are tied to international legal headlines, forcing the girls to bear the reputational damage of a corporate shakedown, instead of anyone else. The real damage falls directly on Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. Seeing how vulnerable NewJeans has been made by domestic conflicts in South Korea, HYBE themselves bullying these young girls, international entities are now targeting them as well, exploiting the members as scapegoats to chase millions in legal payouts. It looks like the only ones standing up for the girls besides their loved ones, is bunnies, no one else.
