Olivia Bates recently joined Cefetra as a Farm Grain Buyer, covering East Anglia and working out of the Sudbury office. Olivia previously worked in crop production, fertiliser sales and for a software company dealing with Agri enterprises and their growers.

@WelshRep1 @FWAbiKay I think livestock farming isn't as bad. My experience of the arable/ veg industry was some pretty hideous comments/behaviour which I don't think would have happened to me if I was a bloke!
