I’ve never had Swensons - and after a certain age it just kind of became my thing. Teddy & I have been on a “let’s go somewhere we’ve never been” kick lately & Swensons got brought up - so now that’s the date plan for tonight. Any suggestions on what I should try?
Their success is not your failure. Don’t compare your beginning to another person’s middle. The sun & moon both shine when it’s their time. Be patient.
You ever notice that when your mind reaches a conclusion about something, it continues to find evidence to help support the verdict - although it may not be true? Perspective is everything. If your mind wants to believe something, it’ll find reasons to believe it every time.
I often times used to wonder why in certain situations God lead me through something on the “scenic route,” but over time I’ve come to realize that God knows how fragile your faith is even when you don’t - and the “scenic route” will give you the strength in faith to get through.
