@eDreams it is now 12 months since the flight I booked through you was cancelled by the airline. Still no refund from you. I have wasted hours and hours trying to pursue this with you. What is going on??

@eDreams the airline say they refunded you at the time and have provided proof to that effect. You have not passed on that refund to me. This is theft.
