Hi, I'm blind. I also say I'm legally blind, visually impaired, and sometimes even low vision. I consider myself all these things and I personally don't care about the specific label and I'm comfortable with my blindness. At the end of the day, I still can't see. That's just me.

I use Talkback and want to hide the screen on occasion, especially on bad days with my photophobia. Having this thing that undismissable message for 3 awful minutes is incredibly intrusive and can defeat the point of the feature.

@googleaccess, I've put in multiple requests for the past few years without response about TalkBack's "hide screen". The fact that there is a visible countdown timer for THREE minutes (which is not accessible) and is not DISMISSABLE is really unacceptable.

Every year I decide to do my taxes on @turbotax... and every year I say "next year, I'm going to hire an accountant" while I bang my head against the wall. Why do taxes always make my head hurt?!

@TheBlindAmputee Does apparently really common now.... 😂
