I've been doing pretty well with those things. I have a Fiji sun lamp. I used it Friday when things were ramping up, but I've been too cold for exposed skin since. 🥶😂

I feel a little better now, fever below 100, but not sure I am out of the woods. I might be able to try the lamp again. Thank you for the input!

@MicroBerto Whelp, MIKE, I'm basically you, but a year behind. Haven't been sick since 2020, low vitamin A for just about a year, been doing great, but am currently in bed with a NASTY flu! I'm also optimistic this is a big round of detox, and hope I will emerge from it doing even better!
