Disgusting customer service from @altontowers no response, have been cut off phone, no live chat box as advertised on website . Will be furthering this

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@altontowers can you let us know how to contact you about a booking?

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

Have been trying to contact customer services @AltonTowersLive for 6 days. Wonder if they are still with us?

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@AskNationwide The phone number there is a central number not the branch number and I can not get through to a human being . How do I contact branch directly to confirm open?

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@AskNationwide travelled an hour to Lisburn branch last week after web page said was open and it was closed . I need to put a cheque in I can not contact Portadown branch directly to see if info was correct how do I know the web page is reliable. This is also over an hour fir me

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@AskNationwide Ideally I would rather go to Portadown as posting will add further delay. How can I find out for certain if it is open?

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@VictoriaLIVE @emmaailes @Jfurst12 Upsetting watching, and great to expose the horror of the family court but totally missing the fact that abusive fathers use PA against loving mothers as a form of control.

@flybe hmmm my departure board says 18:40

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@flybe I don't think BHX got the memo unless there are unprecedented tail winds

[Hannah Matthews @LiveFromNarnia]

@Flybe I am still bearing with you as the flight time goes back and forward on the monitor. #flybedelays https://t.co/ndDzGhzLhr

So who's going #vegan for January? 2 of our guys have bravely volunteered to try Veganuary. One is beginning to regret it already...

Remember folks there is an ice warning in force until 11am this morning. Some roads may not be gritted
